The purchasing process is carried out completely online via the website.
If the user is making their first purchase, in order to start the process they should complete a form, including a number of registration details. If the user chooses not to register, they can provide their information as a guest in order to make this purchase, followed by the monitoring, invoicing and dispatch of the orders. We will proceed to request more information in order to send and invoice the orders.

In the event of withdrawal, we will proceed to refund the amount paid, using the same payment method that was used to place the order.

The prices indicated for each product do not include VAT or any taxes which may correspond in accordance with the country stated upon purchase. These taxes will be included in the final breakdown, prior to the purchase confirmation. You can pay conveniently with your credit/debit card via our payment gateway. This payment method ensures that the customer will access a controlled environment in which they can directly provide said entity with their card details. This entity will then contact the corresponding bank to authorise the operation. The payment will therefore be made directly, legitimately and securely, ensuring that the card details remain confidential at all times.
Credit card fraud is a crime and Dehesa de Búlar, S.L., will seek legal action against any individual who carries out or attempts to carry out a fraudulent transaction or scam.


Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the user. You may indicate a different order delivery address. Delivery times depend on the area. Deliveries will be made in approximately 48 hours within mainland Spain. Depending on the destination, delivery periods outside Spain may be subject to change. Shipping costs will be calculated in accordance with the delivery location and weight. Free delivery will only be applied to orders of €90 or more, within mainland Spain. Free delivery does not include destinations outside mainland Spain and therefore does not include Spanish territories.

Order delivery times will depend on the availability of the items purchased. Some of the products contained in the order may be unavailable at the time of purchase. In the event that the product selected by the customer is out of stock, a new estimated delivery period will be provided and the customer can choose whether or not they still want the product or a refund of the amount paid. The supplier does not accept responsibility in the event that the product is not delivered as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete, or when the delivery cannot be completed for reasons beyond their control, such as the recipient being absent or the order being retained at customs. In no case does this delay imply any compensation from the supplier to the customer or user.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, we shall take the measures required of a diligent trader in order to ensure that the delivery can be made within the agreed time and, if this is not the case, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of both the sender and the recipient. Case 1: Returns due to purchase withdrawal

All products acquired via this portal can be returned and refunded, as long as the reason for return is indicated within a period of fourteen days following receipt of the products, in addition to complying with the other conditions to be established below.
The items should be returned in the original packaging in order to ensure that the product is well protected. If you no longer have this packaging, you should return the product in a way that ensures that it arrives at our warehouses in good condition.

– The amount paid for the item(s) will be refunded, in addition to the original shipping costs. The customer will cover the costs of returning the product.

We will not accept the return of products in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in their original packaging (cases, boxes, warranties, certificates, etc.) and those without security seals, cannot be returned.
  • Products which have been tested and used and can no longer be sold as new cannot be returned unless they have been damaged during handling or arrived in this state.
  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been opened following delivery cannot be returned.
  • Loose accessories that form a part of other products will not be accepted.
  • Products made in accordance with user specifications or those that have been clearly customised cannot be returned.
  • Products that can deteriorate or expire quickly cannot be returned.
  • Products cannot be returned if after delivery and taking into account their nature, they have been indissociably mixed with other goods.

Following examination of the item, we will inform you whether you have the right to a refund of the amount paid. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and always within a period of 14 days after notifying us of your intention to return your order. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is satisfied first. The refund will always be made using the same payment method used upon purchase. If you have not been charged to your account, we will only accept the return.

Case 2: Returns of faulty products

If you consider that at the time of delivery of the product, it does not conform to what has been outlined in the contract:
We ask customers to check the following when the carrier delivers the order:

  • That the product or products have not been damaged or tampered with.
  • That the number of items delivered correspond to those indicated on the document provided by the carrier.

If upon delivery the customer finds that the products are damaged, have been tampered with or that they do not correspond to the order that has been placed, the order should be rejected: – If possible, take a photograph of the product so that we can see the damage caused upon transportation and/or damage to the product, and inform us within the first 24 hours following delivery.

Once the product has been received, we will closely examine it and will contact you within a reasonable period stating whether we accept the return or agree to replace the product. Exchanges or returns will be made effective as soon as possible and always within 14 days following the date on which we send you an email confirming acceptance of the return.
Returns or partial cancellations will be rectified by way of partial refunds of the amount paid for the order.

If the product is being returned due to it being faulty, will cover the delivery charges assumed by the return of a faulty product. You may replace or substitute it with other items.

Defects or flaws due to improper use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use are not included in the warranty.

Functionality impairments as a result of design limitations are also excluded from this warranty coverage.


This website is subject to Spanish legislation and in the event of litigation or dispute arising from the use of this website, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of Granada. This clause of express submission to the Courts of the City of Granada will not be applicable to cases of litigation with website users that, according to the legislation in force or have the conditions of consumers, in which case the supplier and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of products or services subject to these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals where the user is located.

Similarly, the supplier and the user may submit their disputes to arbitration provided for in arbitration and consumer and user protection legislation, in addition to extrajudicial resolution of dispute resolution procedures established through codes of conduct or other self-regulatory instruments.
